The Leadership committee is responsible for setting strategic direction to guide the organization’s activities, establishing effective management within the organization, and ensuring all activities are fitting Value Partners’ values and principles.

Dato’ Seri CHEAH Cheng Hye, Chairman and Co-Chief Investment Officer, leads the overall business and investment strategies of the Group. Mr. Louis SO, Deputy Chairman and Co-Chief Investment Officer, oversees group affairs and activities, as well as daily operations with the Chairman, and is responsible for overall management of the firm’s investment management team. Dr. AU King Lun, Chief Executive Officer, is responsible for overall business development of the Group. He assumes a leadership role in devising corporate strategy, as well as managing the Company’s business operations and corporate affairs.
